House Rules
Pool key and parking pass (s) must be left in the unit upon departure. If the pool key and/or parking pass(s) are not returned upon departure, there will be an additional fee of $50 per parking pass , pool key, or spare key that is missing from the unit.
Please no smoking inside the unit or on the balcony. Any costs incurred for smoke damage or any other damage to the unit will be passed on to the guest.
Please check out on time. There is a $25 late checkout fee for every 15 minutes of late checkout up to the cost of a nightly fee.
We have an onsite security guard walking around the premises in the evenings for any security needs and we also have a security camera on the outside of the unit by the front door.
